Network & Identity

Internal & External Network Penetration Testing

External-attacker and internal threat-actor simulation across perimeter, internal hosts, and identity infrastructure.

We simulate both external attackers and internal threat actors to find weaknesses across perimeter systems, exposed services, internal hosts, trust relationships, and identity infrastructure — including Active Directory, Entra ID, federated identity, and SSO. We assess how well your environment resists chained attack paths, not just isolated findings.

What we test

Perimeter & external exposure

Perimeter defenses, firewall configurations, remote-access services, exposed management interfaces, and public-facing systems.

Internal & lateral movement

Privilege-escalation paths, insecure network shares, credential exposure, segmentation gaps, and lateral movement under insider or post-compromise conditions.

Identity attack paths

Directory, federation, and access-management abuse — weak trust relationships, inherited permissions, and identity control failures that enable escalation or persistence.

Wireless security

Where Wi-Fi and supporting wireless infrastructure are in scope, we evaluate enterprise and guest deployments for unauthorized access, interception, segmentation bypass, and rogue-device abuse — authentication and encryption settings, client isolation, onboarding and captive-portal workflows, NAC dependencies, and the trust boundaries that connect wireless access to internal resources.

Human-led, AI-assisted. AI and automation widen coverage and accelerate reconnaissance, but a senior consultant designs the test, validates every finding, and owns the report. See our methodology →

Standards & frameworks

PTES and NIST SP 800-115-aligned practices, including identity attack-path evaluation where relevant, adapted to wireless infrastructure and its associated trust boundaries when wireless is in scope.

What you receive

  • An executive summary your leadership can act on
  • Reproducible evidence for every finding
  • Realistic compromise paths shown end to end, with business-impact and severity rationale
  • Prioritized remediation for hardening, segmentation, monitoring, and identity governance
  • Remediation support or a retest, when included in scope
