Mobile Security
Mobile Application Penetration Testing (iOS & Android)
Security testing for iOS and Android apps across client- and server-side components, usually with associated API testing.
We assess the security of iOS and Android applications across client-side and server-side components — usually with the associated API testing for a full-stack view of how the app actually behaves in the real world, not just how it was intended to. We combine dynamic analysis with targeted static review where feasible.
What we test
Storage, crypto & sessions
Insecure data storage, weak cryptography, improper session handling, insecure inter-process communication, and sensitive data exposed in local files, logs, caches, or backups.
Transport & authorization
Transport security, certificate validation, authentication flows, mobile-specific authorization boundaries, and weaknesses exposed through associated APIs and backend services.
Tamper resistance
Reverse-engineering resistance, code obfuscation, tampering protections, permission handling, and risky client-side logic that could enable abuse or bypass intended controls.
Human-led, AI-assisted. AI and automation widen coverage and accelerate reconnaissance, but a senior consultant designs the test, validates every finding, and owns the report. See our methodology →
Standards & frameworks
Aligned to the OWASP Mobile Application Security Verification Standard (MASVS) and the OWASP Mobile Application Security Testing Guide (MASTG).
