Adversary Emulation

Red Team Assessments

Advanced threat-actor emulation through realistic, goal-oriented intrusion — human-led, framework-aligned where useful.

Our Red Team operations emulate advanced threat actors to evaluate your organization’s detection, response, and containment capabilities through realistic, goal-oriented intrusion scenarios. The objective isn’t a list of vulnerabilities — it’s a high-fidelity picture of how your people, process, and technology hold up under genuine adversary pressure. Campaign design, operational judgment, and client-safe execution remain firmly human-led.

What we do

Multi-phase intrusion

Stealthy, multi-phase intrusions: reconnaissance, initial compromise, persistence, privilege escalation, and lateral movement toward defined objectives.

Control & response measurement

Measure the effectiveness of preventive controls, detective controls, incident response, and operational decision-making under pressure.

Hidden gaps

Surface gaps in people, process, and technology that checklist-driven assessments alone don’t reveal.

Social engineering

Where in scope, scoped and controlled social-engineering scenarios — phishing, spear-phishing, smishing, vishing, and pretexting — test how attackers gain access, elicit sensitive information, or bypass expected controls. We also evaluate identity-verification processes, MFA resilience, reporting pathways, and user response patterns. All scenarios respect your rules of engagement, legal constraints, and organizational sensitivities.

Framework alignment. Where you want threat-led rigor, Red Team exercises can be structured to align with or emulate TIBER-EU, CBEST, SAMA F.E.E.R., and ABS AASE. Where official execution of a scheme requires accreditation, certification, or regulator direction, our work is presented as framework-aligned rather than as a formally certified instance of that scheme.

Human-led, AI-assisted. AI and automation widen coverage and accelerate reconnaissance, but a senior consultant designs the test, validates every finding, and owns the report. See our methodology →

What you receive

  • An executive readout of how your defenses performed against realistic attack conditions
  • A clear narrative of the attack path, with reproducible evidence at each phase
  • Detection and response gaps mapped to concrete improvements
  • A targeted, prioritized roadmap for strengthening organizational readiness
