AI Security Testing

AI Implementation Pentest

Security testing for AI-enabled systems — LLM integrations, RAG, copilots, agents, and model-serving.

We test the AI-enabled system you’ve built — the application, data flows, tools, integrations, and trust boundaries around the model — across application, data, model, and infrastructure layers, informed by current AI testing and threat frameworks. This is especially valuable when AI features are customer-facing, connected to internal systems, or empowered to take actions on behalf of users.

Who this is for

  • Customer-facing AI features and chat experiences
  • Internal copilots and assistants
  • RAG over proprietary or sensitive data
  • Agentic workflows with tools, actions, and approval gates
  • AI systems connected to business data, APIs, or cloud infrastructure

What we test

AI-specific risks

Prompt injection and indirect prompt injection, sensitive information disclosure, supply-chain weakness, data and model-poisoning exposure, improper output handling, excessive agency, system-prompt leakage, vector and embedding weaknesses, and unbounded consumption.

Controls & guardrails

Tool and plugin permissions, retrieval controls, tenant and data segregation, secret handling, logging and monitoring, approval gates for high-risk actions, and fallback or kill-switch mechanisms.

Abuse resistance

Robustness, privacy, resilience, operational safety, and transparency concerns that can materially affect business risk, where relevant to the implementation.

What this is not. We test the AI-enabled system you’ve built — not the foundation model’s internal weights or training pipeline. This is not a guarantee that the AI system is “safe,” not a certification, and not a replacement for secure design, monitoring, or governance.

Human-led, AI-assisted. AI and automation widen coverage and accelerate reconnaissance, but a senior consultant designs the test, validates every finding, and owns the report. See our methodology →

Standards & frameworks

Aligned to the OWASP AI Testing Guide and current OWASP GenAI Security Project guidance and checklists (including the OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications), with MITRE ATLAS referenced for adversary-technique mapping where appropriate.

What you receive

  • An executive summary your leadership can act on
  • Findings with reproducible evidence and clear abuse-case narratives
  • Guardrail and workflow recommendations
  • Prioritized, engineering-ready remediation guidance
  • Remediation support or a retest, when included in scope
